Hello! Remember me? Yes, I know, it’s been a while since my last blog post but I’ve come back with a new treat for you.
Meanwhile, I really want to know what you’ve been up to all this time. if you’re ok with it you can tell me in comments: maybe you baked/cooked/bought/ate something new and delicious, started/finished a new course, etc. Just anything that you don’t mind to share!
As for me, I was overwhelmed with uni work for last two weeks (I’m sure I’m not the only one) and, actually, I’m pretty sure it is not the end because of upcoming exams and tests for graduating. But I guess spring is the hardest time for any student wherever you study and live. Just to prevent my inactivity here I will put links for my twitter and instagram accounts, I’m more active there even when I’m busy.
Now let’s move from my long intro and excuses to the recipe of my treat.
As you my know I love chocolate especially chocolate cakes and breads and I decided to bake something pretty simple and delicious at the same time!
- 3 eggs
- 120 g flour
- 120 g sugar
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla (in powder)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 handfuls chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Whisk eggs with sugar, add sour cream and cocoa powder. Stir everything. Mix flour, vanilla, cinnamon and baking powder then put this mixture to eggs. Stir again and add one handful of chocolate chips.
Put parchment into baking pan then put the dough. Add left chocolate chips from above. Bake for 40-50 min.
P.S.: I used whole wheat flour and brown sugar. Instead of sour cream you may use greek yogurt.
