It’s time to bake something with chocolate! 

I was looking for something healthy to bake this week and came up with an idea of this healthy (at least I hope so) alternative of brownies. 

The recipe is pretty simple and it doesn’t take a lot of time to make.


  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 banana 
  • 60 g greek yogurt 
  • 100 g whole wheat flour 
  • 50 g dark chocolate (melted)
  • 100 g raspberries


Whisk eggs with banana. Add yogurt and chocolate. Mix everything. Add flour. The dough turns out thick but the berries juice will make it smoother, especially if berries are frozen. Add berries. Mix everything. 

Put in baking pan or on baking sheet covered with parchment and bake in preheated oven (180 C) for 20-25 min. 

P.S. before adding berries try the dough if it’s not sweet enough add several teaspoons of honey or other sweetener.
