Hello everyone! It’s getting warmer, brighter and lighter every single day! And as it’s a lovely Saturday morning I made this double chocolate bread just to celebrate a beginning of the weekend!
- 4 eggs
- 50 g dark chocolate (melted)
- 50 g white chocolate (melted)
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 150 g melted butter
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Mix dark chocolate with a half of butter, then add 2 egg yolks, add 50 g flour. Mix everything.
Now in the other bowl mix white chocolate with left butter, add other 2 egg yolks and 50 g flour. Mix.
Whisk egg whites, then add sugar and keep whisking till the mass is thick. Add one half of this mass to dark chocolate mixture, other half to white chocolate mixture.
Put the dough with dark chocolate on the bottom of baking pan then put the dough with white chocolate. It’s better to cover a baking pan with baking paper.
Bake 50-60 min.
That’s all! This double chocolate bread is perfect with a cup of tea or coffee!
